ALL SAINTS DAY - THE FEAST OF OUR PARISH

On Sunday 19 June, we were fortunate to welcome back the All Saints community and celebrate the feast of our Parish. As always, All Saints Day represented our strong connection to the Hellenic culture and Orthodox Faith. After the Divine Liturgy, presided over by His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, a community fair followed.

The celebration brought all of our students together where they showcased their talents, entertaining everyone with traditional Greek Dances and a variety of musical performances. Our ASPA sold lots of delicious treats raising money for the School and there was an abundance of entertainment organised by our Parish.

All Saints Grammar was then presented with an Award of Appreciation from Detective Sergeant Wolsely on behalf of NSW Police. The award was in recognition of the community’s contribution to the Campsie Police Area Command Christmas Appeal in 2021.

Through celebrations like this, our students learn the value of connectedness and a sense of belonging which enhances the development of their personal identity.

Thank you to our Parish, students, staff, families and the wider ASG community for joining us to celebrate our feast day.
