Wellbeing Report - April 2025

It has been a busy and rewarding time here at All Saints Grammar, with a strong focus on fostering student connection, personal growth, and community engagement. Our Wellbeing Team has been involved in several key initiatives that have played a vital role in supporting our students’ development and encouraging them to build meaningful relationships.

Here’s a look at some of the highlights from this term:

Year 12 Retreat
Our Year 12 students had the opportunity to take part in a reflective and enriching retreat. This experience allowed them to strengthen their bonds with one another and prepare for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in their final year of school.

Year 7 and Year 10 Peer Support Camp
An important initiative aimed at fostering leadership, the Peer Support Camp brought together our Junior and Senior students. Through activities and team-building exercises, our Year 7 and Year 10 students had the chance to connect and learn from one another in a supportive and empowering environment.

Meet the Mentor Evening
This valuable event provided students and their families with the chance to meet their mentors, ask questions, and establish positive, supportive relationships for the term ahead. It was a great way to build connections and ensure students feel supported throughout their journey at school.

Thursday morning Pastoral sessions
Led by our Year 10 students, these workshops have provided important learning experiences for our Years 7, 8, and 9 students. Topics such as Healthy Relationships, Strengthening our Connection, and Being Strong have sparked meaningful discussions, helping students to reflect on and enhance their personal wellbeing.

Preparation for the National Schools Event in Perth
Our students are actively training and preparing to represent our school at the prestigious National Schools Event in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity for our students to challenge themselves and showcase their skills on a national stage.

End of term assembly
The assembly focused on the importance of Easter as we prepare for the Resurrection, with special presentations and awards to celebrate our students’ achievements.

These initiatives are a testament to our ongoing commitment to student wellbeing, leadership, and community engagement. We look forward to continuing to support and celebrate the growth of all our students in the months to come.

Wishing everyone a restful and reflective break as we look ahead to the remainder of the year!
