As we approach the end of the year, prioritising mental health is crucial. We are fortunate to have various resources available to support your child, along with strategies for self-care.
We want to remind you that School Counsellors are here to assist you and your child. You can access our school counselling services throughout the academic term.

What do we do?

We provide short-term counselling to support students with a range of challenges, including:

• Stress
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Grief and Loss
• Family Breakdowns and relationships

How to access the school counsellors?

There are several ways to access our support services:

a. You can self-refer by sending us an email via Canvas.
b. You may visit the reception and request to see a counsellor; one of us will make time to meet with you.
c. You can discuss your needs with your teacher or parent, who can then facilitate a referral to us.
