Parents who are interested in enrolling their child at All Saints Grammar are encouraged to submit an application at least two years in advance to join our waiting list.

Steps to enrol

1. Application for Enrolment – Complete the appropriate online Application Form, attaching copies of the requested documents and paying the non-refundable Application Fee. All Application for Enrolment forms submitted for inclusion on the School’s waiting list are acknowledged by an email once the application has been submitted and the Application Fee has been received.

2. Review of Application – applications are considered based on all of the following factors:
   • Availability of a suitable place in the requested year of entry
   • The student’s ability to benefit from the programs provided by the School
   • Siblings attending the School
   • A parent or sibling who is an alumnus of the School
   • Parents who are Christian Clergy
   • Date of application.

3. Interview – subject to selection criteria and availability, parents or guardians may be invited to attend an interview with the Head of School/Head of Campus (new families) or the Director of Enrolments (existing families). The interview helps to establish parent expectations and ascertain whether a student’s needs are compatible with the philosophy and offerings of the School.

4. Offer of Enrolment –  If the application is successful, an Offer of Enrolment will be made. You have four weeks to accept or decline the offer.

5. Acceptance of Offer – If your child is offered a position at All Saints Grammar, you must complete the Acceptance and Confirmation of Offer Form. You will also be required to pay a non-refundable Acceptance Fee, and a non-refundable Confirmation Fee in order to accept and secure that position at the School.
